Though Mr Lei has promised this offer several months ago, it really made me feel much better to receive the official offer. It is true that UCI is not one of the top schools, but I kind of like it because of its beautiful environment. I believe this is an offer worth accepting.
P.S. hahaha, maybe I am really the "top-noctch doctoral graduate student" "of exceptional promise"
